After earning a degree in Journalism, reporting on Capitol Hill, promoting big-name consumer packaged goods and shepherding a national health insurer through a major rebranding (to name a few of my earlier experiences), I helped a fast-casual franchise start-up grow from an idea to more than 90 restaurants.
